Cleaning With Dry Ice

It is able to clean easily the adhesive, varnish, wax, oil, grease, coil, soot spots, casting dirt, pitch, tar, ink, paint residues, and many similar obstinate material layers.

The dry ice cleaning is not an abrasive system. It doesn't abrasive on surfaces and ensures very detailed cleaning. The signs of steel brush and the harmful effects caused by scraping off do not occur. Normally, even the parts which are difficult to be reached can be cleaned easily and rapidly thanks to the wide accessories.

Only the materials which are strictly fixed on the surface are cleaned properly among the object to be cleaned. It doesn't have any harmful effect on the machine. The cleaning can be done even if at the same time of running. Assembly or disassemble is not required.

Since the dry ice is evaporated immediately, it has no harmful effect, which can be caused by the harmful chemicals and solvents, on the machine.

Dry Ice Energy

The pressurized air that is produced through the compressor makes the small pieces of dry ice faster up to 300-900 m/s according to the nozzle type.

At the moment of contact on the surface, the kinetic energies of the pieces which are rational with the relevant weights and speeds convert into a spraying cleaning force. Such pieces of dry ice which hit to warmer surface than the temperature of piece immediately become sublimed and convert into gas manner.

The volumes of carbon dioxide molecules which convert into gas manner from the solid formation become increased by 800 times, thus the residues on the surface are removed accordingly depending on such formation. The sudden temperature changes also help to break the resistance of strong residues on the surface.

Environment Friendly

No toxic, harmful or dangerous chemicals are used in cleaning process realized through the dry ice spraying method. The cost of cleaning the sprayed residues that occur when the traditional methods apply such as the chemicals, solvents or sanding process is saved.
